We recently had our basement windows replaced by Those Window Guys and they were fantastic —from getting the quote to the installation. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process. We knew the lead time would be quite a few weeks and we only had a couple of days each week that worked for us for the install, but they were flexible to work with our dates. The installers arrived on time, took actually less time than anticipated installing and everything was left very clean. We love our new windows!! They look so nice.
